      Don't work here, it's bad.

      Cons

      They try to get you with the "culture" but it's really a cult . If you don't show up to every company event it's frowned upon. They expect you to be an ' A team " person for a Z rate salary. They say they don't consider education because they take you at face value. Really they just don't want to pay you.

      Pros

      Flexible hours One or two days a month allowed to work from home.

      Cons

      Manipulative management Low wages Empty promises Unfriendly environment Managers will actually ask you to your face to automate your own job as much as possible then fire you. Mass employee dismissal leading to overworked remaining employees. Desperate to replace employees with AI. More meetings than solutions.
