-Steady, decent pay -Good, fun team -Okay benefits -Company has shown clear attempts at moving forward; especially with goal setting and leadership -Work and everything related to ends at 5 PM every M-F —-> fantastic

-Was promised a salary increase that was never honoured -Terrible off boarding despite my attempt at a smooth exit - was promised a severance package that was never honoured and had my notice period cut (latter of which should be considered standard practice by the company) -Entire marketing management team has turned over during my tenure -Entire AC team turned over twice during my tenure -Company routinely lets people go with no notice -ZERO room for advancement. 1 person (in the history of the department) was promoted after 2 years on the team, and the person who suggested that promotion just wasn’t around one day with no explanation.
