- Management only cares about money and sales; they do not care about the employees at the clinics
- They monitor you extensively - listen to phone calls, track clinician stats of how many hearing aids they sold and request clinicians to write reports explaining why they were unable to sell hearing aids to clients that have hearing loss
- They are all about reach quantitative goals and targets. If clinics meet targets one month, they will raise targets to an insanely and demand you meet the increased number the next month
- They do not recognize the hard work employees do (ex. provide good service to patients)
- The prices of their hearing aids are outrageous compared to prices offered by competitors. They are ripping off clients.
- They tell clinical staff that we offer price matching, but try to do anything they can to avoid give patients price matching discounts whenever possible
-There is favouritism. Management values employees that they consider to be there "friends". In other words, people that blindly follow what they say
- Management keeps lots of secrets from employees and lie a lot. They are never honest about what is happening in the company.
-Management is made up of mostly Jewish employees since the president to Jewish. Not a great place to work if you aren't Jewish because they will give you zero opportunities.
- The benefit's plan is terrible and expensive. When we brought up this concern, they ignored it. They then promised better bonuses to make up for this. However, they then later restructured the bonus plan to make it practically unattainable.
FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO WORK HERE - PLEASE DON'T. Do yourself a favour and find yourself a place where you will be more valued and cherished as an employee. The pay is not great enough for the work we do.
