Pros
They have been very loyal to me, our management team is great.
Cons
The constant acquisitions are a distraction and result in continuous shake-ups of our teams. I feel stuck in my current position. After being acquired, I was put into a new position with the expectation that I had more of a chance to grow with this large company. I don't see those avenues.
