Upper management is clueless and could care less about employees or customers. It has gone downhill for years. Huge turnover in management staff and a lot of new people causes chaos and confusion, not good for morale or customer service. Pay is below average and trying to get more money is futile as they are very tight with funds. No one listens to what the seasoned veterans have to say or think should be done. It seems to be just about the numbers.
