- Since the completion of the employee surveys, Harri has listened to the employees and made significant changes. - The teams have been restructured to allow for career growth. - Training courses have been scheduled to enhance employees knowledge to enable them to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. - Harri has introduced new employee benefits including the option to buy and sell annual leave. - Another new benefit being Private Medical Insurance for all employees. - Work from anywhere in August! - Summer Fridays - finish at 3pm on Fridays throughout the summer months. - The Payroll Team are all so supportive of each other and always help each other when it’s needed. - Management listen to our feedback and take it on board. - We can depend on our Managers for support if / when we should need it.
