My manager is extremely hands-off and accommodating, no complaints. So far the company has responded well to all of my requests. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with.
Cons
Not your typical manufacturing setting. This place is experiencing growing pains typical with somewhere that is starting to scale. There is tendency to release new products before they are ready.
