      The team The residents The environment is lovely to work in. 2 cafes a pub and a cinema The residents The building Great induction, if a little long winded. It does not need to be 3 weeks long and should be tailored more specifically

      Cons

      Too many managers, Rudeness from senior staff Ineffective communication between teams No consistency in care Not enough staff on duty Promotion not available It's all show and no substance
