Pros

None I can think of

Cons

Look at the dates of the reviews and you will see that they are all in the last couple of weeks. This is because the manager has told all of us that we have to put good comments on here. don't believe what you read because we are bullyed into doing this. We were told who to vote for in the care awards as well. It was all a fix. Some of us have had enough are are looking for new jobs. if they find out who puts the bad comments on it will not be good for them, the manager will have us out of our jobs. He has already got rid of good people.

Pros

Lots to do Cakes Biscuits Free soft drinks Enough tea to last forever Free Gym membership

Cons

Management are an absolute shambles. They run into work pumped off of red bull and the caffeine this makes for disorganized work and lots of mistakes. Political gossipy environment, more care placed on rumors and juicy news. POSITIVE REVIEWS POSTED ARE FAKE JUST READ THEM AND SEE DATES. You are asked to do this by management. FB RATING SO POOR IT HAS BEEN TAKEN OFF FB PAGE. Horrible place to try and grow your career I saw 4 people leave in the short time I was there

Pros

When i first started it was a lovely home, management were good and we all worked as one team. Things soon changed when the management did!

Cons

Long hours, too many clicks, the management are too busy with their favourites and do not care about the other team members, the induction is now really poor the trainer do not know what she is doing, training on things which has no knowledge of, she is too busy trying to be friends with management. The food is appalling for what the residents have to pay, alot of the food is unsuitable, either burnt or undercooked there is no in-between. Some of the the team should never be allowed to be left to care for vulnerable residents they simply do not care. Activities are boring they do the same thing day in day out. No variety at all.
