      Pros

      Admin staff can work fully remotely and equipment is provided; flexible working; great teams to work with; positive and friendly culture

      Cons

      Lack of communication from higher-ups; pay is low in relation to workload and responsibilities (not necessarily for managers and above); things are constantly changing for the ‘better’ but never works out that way.

      It was the worst job ever.

      Cons

      The managers are dismissive of difficult calls and allow you a grand total of 5 minutes when you deal with a difficult caller. So many of the managers are rude and talk down on you. Worst job ever.

      Excellent training provided for the role. Very flexible with excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Very fast paced, all the time not on calls is controlled.
