The job scope itself is fine . Workload are manageable and acceptable. Because wherever you go you will experience the same. Lots of learning & knowledge you can gained to polish your customer service skills, communication skills etc. Store environment depends on the leadership of the particular store. The more flexible & understanding store manager will create positive environment but if its the opposite, then may god help you.
Cons
Constant staff movement. You will required to transfer to several store per year. In one year operation management will gives order to blindly transfer staff to another store. Eventhough it stated in the offer letter but jumping from one store to another store in one year is cruel . Putting a staff salary commision on jeopardy. Sometimes they will transfer you to high sales store, the next few months they will transfer you to low sales store. Obviously its barbaric without considering the staff life financial situation. No allowance on parking space. One mall monthly parking can go up to RM300. Management level especially operation manager are toxic herself. Loves hearing rumour & judgemental . Believing in her favourite party without investigate the true situation. Once a senior staff have bad performance they will tend to ignore you eventhough you have a position. Its a psychology to let you go silently that will push you to resign yourself.
