There are no resources for employees when subjected to code of ethics violations. Human resources is unfair and stand with mgmt in most cases I am aware of. There is still a lot of good old boy club going on. HR turns a blind eye to manipulators in mgmt. the open line hotline is a setup. They say it is handled by a 3rd party that is unbiased but it is not. The business conduct office IS HR. If you contact HR or the business conduct office you have just put a target on your back and they will find anything or swing things in a way to railroad you. Its called don't rock the boat. So whether you are being discriminated against, sexually harassed, bullied, witness a security violation or anything else they talk about in code of ethics handbook dont report it unless you are ready for the wrath of hell. You would be surprised on what HR can do to turn it on you and het away with it. They will seek revenge on negative complaints and they along with the person or people being reported with conspire to ruin you and strip you of your career and self confidence. They lie. The parking situation is horrible
