      Pros

      Fulfilling work and great people depending on your team. Had a great experience in a one in a lifetime build up working with new people. Cool if you like working on movies and shows.

      Cons

      No regard for people and culture, “human capital” is used to describe how people are not important to the bottom line. Tough budget cuts and layoffs, legacy teams constantly playing games for political leverage. Teams who want to do good work spread too thin.

      Pros

      lots to learn, overall a very welcoming environment. even though most teams are busy, they didn't mind having an intern under their wing and letting you be a fly on the wall. they want you to ask questions.

      Cons

      overwhelming, take adavantage of the opportunity, challenging, very buttoned up if you're looking for long term career.
