G A Larson is a wholesale distribution company that is currently being mismanaged from the top down. Their service and delivery is some of the worst in the industry. A distribution company is a supplier of parts and equipment but they are constantly out of both because of lack of funds and mismanagement. When employees leave they are notorious for not giving them the pay that they have already earned. It happened to me and multiple people that left before me. The environment over the last 2 years has increasingly gotten more negative because of mismanagement and loss of revenue. I feel strongly the company is struggling financially and is trying to position themselves to sale to another distribution company. Upper management has been a revolving door because of poor business decisions. Currently it is not a good place to work.
