The interviewer didn't show up the first time without bothering to inform that he couldn't make it. Didn't look like he went through my resume either, because he didn'task me aboutany of my previous experience. Ignored all follow up emails and ghosted me after the interview.

Multiple interviews left you with feeling that you never knew where you stood. Heavy emphasis on culture index. Feeling of accomplishment making it through the interview process. Always nice to feel that interview was a two way street. The process made it feel one way.
