Pros
modern well kept facilities with good amenities, open and approachable executives, good benefits, flexible WFH policy, reasonable expectations for work life balance
Cons
high turnover and low morale at the moment, while the company values are great I did not see them being used during day to day business, not necessarily a con but several managers who have been with the company since it was much smaller--the con here is from my observations they tend to be stuck in old, inefficient ways of doing things and were resistant to any suggestion of change
