Pros
There is not much on the positive note that could be said. They are paying well for the industry but also you will sell your soul and doing no sense job all the time, dealing with poor strategic thinking by management. Management egos are skyrocketed high and with very manipulative and toxic behavior towards employees. They claim they are a family type of business and they will trick you into thinking you are supported, but all is gaslighting and no family values existing whatsoever. No money for supportive tools or platforms, you'll be working as you are in the past century when it comes to admin work. Recruitment and business development activities are not coordinated between teams and often overlap making you look stupid.
If you want to grow and do meaningful things this is not your company.
