Guaranteed Rate violates State law in their employment contract then even after being notified, continue to violate state law. They force hourly staff to work outside business hours at home but refuse to pay even base pay.

Pros

I worked with the best of the best in my industry, led by a brilliant manager. Remote Work, Semi-Flexible Schedule, Overtime was allowed sometimes.

Cons

The volume of work was intense, and you were expected to find your own cover for shifts if you're taking any time off, pay was not enough for the amount of stress. Asked to have an owners mentality but when you actually put this in practice management steps in and takes over, excluding you from being able to own anything. Insurance was terrible, too expensive.
