      High work load, they make you do work of 2 person, no work life balance, can fire any time,no job saftey doesn't function like a company

      Only pros is salary in growexx!

      Cons

      Everything! They can fire you anytime whenever they want! No notice period for you if they tell you to put papers! Mandatory notice period for you if you put papers yourself! No enough projects, still hiring! Do not join if you want job security atleast for an year, they can fire you anytime!
