Pros

Coworkers are extremely nice to work with.

Cons

Aggressive Sales Goals with customers who are very anti-Groupon Wait time to hear responses about proposals takes forever which means it becomes much harder to closes deals. Constant changes to what is expected leaving you confused on what is important and what your priorities should be. Once you get hired they put you on a one month program where your job is threatened multiple times throughout. Lack of Job security

Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
