Terrible Experience - Business Development Representative (BDR) Groupon Employee Review

Training was unorganized and they expect you to perform at a high level without the tools needed to succeed. Trainers are so busy and need more support. Your job is at risk at all times. European leadership is horrible, they do not care about their employees and communication with managers in the US is horrible. They hire so many people at once, because over half leave or are fired right away. Groupon’s main product is horrible and small businesses know it.
