Pros
The people themselves are great. Very open and social environment where you form bonds with your colleagues. Very casual dress and unlimited paid time off.
Cons
I have seen my department screw over great, hard working employees. You can get fired at any time....if management doesn't like you. Managers play favorites and throw live vests to employees who underperform if they are "buddies." The company as a whole is constantly re-structuring and pulling the rug out from under their employees.
