      Pros

      Benefits are average Thankful for employment Jeans Fridays were nice Commute wise - it's easy to get to from several suburbs Great experience to use for a better company

      Cons

      Not the best culture - would get publicly yelled out and it became the norm ( for things outside my control). 2 weeks of PTO may be average but it's not much Manager was racist and sexist yet upper management did not care I would rather be unemployed than go through this company's BS again

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
