just about everything you look for in a company is not existent here. You know it's bad when your invited to an orientation of the plant, and the guy showing you around the plant tells you that he has been there 37 years, and regrets he is still there, and that you should probably not take this job. You then take said job even though multiple proverbial warning flags are staring you square in the face, because your thinking of the pay, which in hindsight is awful for the amount of work you will be doing. You have any family? trying to start a family? trying to chase that little dream you told yourself you would never let go, regardless of the job? Forget about it, because Graphic Packaging doesn't allow schedule flexibility, and will guilt trip you for asking for time off...even for attending your sisters wedding...so trust me folks...just keep scrolling down for those other jobs. It will all make sense one day. So, NO set schedules, as schedules can be changed up to two hours prior to your shift! so essentially you better have your phone on you 24/7! so much fun!

Very poorly ran, the managment team including the plant manager have got no experience outside gpi and couldnt organise anything, managers have used their authority to get family and friends straight into operators rolls even though theyre useless, This used to be a great place to work but they are running it in to the ground, there was rarely a sickness on sight but in the last 2 years, 3 people have left with stress and another 5 have been out with stress not to mention the rest of the sickness, HR is unaproachable and only looks after her and other managers intrests, The machines are falling apart and nothing gets fixed until it actualy stops working! This really is the pit of missery now, nobody is happy, its a real shame because it was a great place to work just going back a couple of years ago!
