Pros
We are the only NZ store so we have a great audience & customer base. They are also very flexible with hours given etc.
Cons
The management are not very organised - there seems to be a disconnect from the Australia Senior managers and the New Zealand managers. The system is not at all streamlined and unfortunately the part time workers often face the brunt of it. I am still waiting to be paid a $50 bonus from 4 months ago...
