Working at this company was an exhausting experience. The leadership style feels erratic and inconsistent, creating a stressful environment where employees never know what to expect. Benefits are far below industry standards, and nothing about the compensation package makes dealing with the daily dysfunction worthwhile. The turnover is alarming. Instead of supporting and developing existing staff, management seems to cycle people out constantly, which leaves everyone on edge and creates a revolving-door atmosphere.
