      Pros

      Great people in Operations, the product sold itself is excellent

      Cons

      Egregious turnover, corporate demands ever increasing, lack of ability to run warehouse as you see fit, no clear comms between departments, more layoffs will come 2x a year going forward. You will lose more shift leads. You will work ~60 hours a week. If your site is smaller, you will be doing Associate tasks daily

      Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like about that job. Except for going in the freezer lol.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
