      Leadership that doesn't have a clue Laid off anyone that isn't a yes man Supply chain is a nightmare The people that make the software changes have never worked in the field and have no clue what there changes will really do or effect

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
