1. Layoffs happen every month. They lure you into the company with a comfortable offer and fire you out of nowhere. 2. No promotions 3. No appraisal because the company is not profitable enough to give you one 4. Unsupportive managers and the few people in upper management look down on everyone who is not in their friend circle.
