Constant flip flopping of ideas and frivolous spending - IT Infrastructure Engineer Gopuff Employee Review

Everyone I got hired with was laid off or left. I made it through 4 layoffs watching my teammates vanish only for management to realize we needed those positions and ultimately re-hire new people to do the same job almost immediately. The ceos have this big new office in Miami that literally 5 people work out of at any given time. They spent so much money on furniture and dumb crap that never gets used just to continue to lay off core employees.
