      Pros

      W2 driver not a independent contractor so my review is for W2 locations only. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. If I could give zero stars I would. The insurance is good but not worth the headache that you have to deal with from the company.

      Cons

      Disorganized Upper management is a disaster Lower management is not allowed to do anything Have to fight each other employees for hours in a showdown of who has better internet No fixed schedule or guarantee of hours So many paycheck errors it can't be on accident This company is just one big disaster

      - Horrendous regional/corporate leadership delivery on promises. - Company directives change by the week. - Had 7 different regional directors in 3 years. - Quarterly layoffs, you just wait for an email. -
