Pros
Theres opportunity to grow in the company. Scheduling is pretty flexible, managers work with you. I liked how there was no direct customer service and most of it was independent work. The job definitely gets you in shape.
Cons
I had a great experience but when I ended up getting a new manager who was extremely unprofessional I started making plans to leave the company. Expectations from management can be set too high at times and there are holes in communication. Since it is a new company there werent too many policies set in place. For example, we didnt have a break policy which resulted in no breaking during a labor intensive job as well as no break area.
