      lots of growth for the company and gopuff is doing multiple acquisitions. If you're looking to be a part of the next Amazon or Uber, this is where you should be.

      Cons

      Experienced and witnessed sexism and racism as well as homophobia from the field ops team specifically. Toxic workplace, constant focus on what was done wrong by who instead of working proactively. Toxic politics with HQ. Zero work/life balance
