Never seen anything like it in all my years. The lack of organization & top down communication is horrendous. grossly unqualified individuals in high ranking positions throughout the company. Terrble work ethic, and the demands on lower level employees in unrealistic and unheard of. Coming from Amazon, this place is a joke. I wish I had never accepted the position and followed a different path. My supervisors had ZERO people skills and were inept at doing their jobs. I cant believe investors have poured millions into this place. the CEO's still smoke the wacky tobaccy with their associates in the warehouses. Milennial mindset.
