Pros
-Free parking lot if you drive. -Fairly easy job. -You're allowed to use your phone, watch netflix, do whatever if you're not helping a customer. -20% employee discount. -Laid back environment. Just do your job and do it well and you'll be okay. Don't get too comfortable and break the rules. -Most coworkers are helpful -You can switch shifts with some one if you need to. You can also give up shifts. -5 minute grace period if you're late. -They seem to like to promote within.
Cons
- Overtime is restricted to only 8 hours. - Training is horrible. Overall the job is very easy to learn but most of your training will be asking co-workers and on the job experience. - Some coworkers are very cynical and their lack of positive energy can be daunting. - 24/7 operation. Not closed on any holiday. Hours can suck.
