Not a difficult role Coworkers are nice Management is relatively flexible 2 weeks in advance and coworkers were always willing to cover emergency’s
Cons
Often will have to stay past your shift as kitchen closing is around 10-20 minutes before closing Pay was not incredible and you’d sometimes be understaffed for the foot traffic that often comes with working in a coffee-tea shop
