* People are smart (no one can be lazy, people always challenge you, you learn a lot) but humble * Bank is well run (efficient IT systems in place, management regularly reviewed by more junior people, productive trainings and feedback from management) * Ability to move internally * International culture * Good salary
Cons
* Working hours can be long (not in all departments though but the culture is to work hard)
