Also there many different benefits provided by them It has a culture that it tries to follow and keep up with which helps employees to stick by a particular setup. The organization believes in transparency within employee. So the visibility helps to employee to improve.
Cons
As it is an established company as a entry level developer your chances of growth is very bad. Most of the things are already set up. So as a developer my contribution toward the work was minimal, mostly service based, that is why it is hard to grow and to gain more knowledge. The managers are very specific about deadlines but they sometimes prefer time line over the reality of the situation so too much pressure at work and the end product sometimes turn bad because of too much pressure from managers. They are very restricted about security and that sometimes result in too much conservative environment.
