Pros
Catered breakfast, lunch and dinner, modern office, company-devices, company swag, and fun events. Employees are passionate about what they do and friendly to work with.
Cons
Management doesn't know what they're doing. They've let go of some of the most talented and senior employees, and as a result has made other great talents quit. Remote positions are no longer considered after forcing remote employees to move. The executive team doesn't keep their word as stated in employee handbooks. Ever since new management has come and go, they've unconsciously "trimmed the fat." Not only is it hard to become recognized unless you're a unicorn, but your work-life balance will be thrown out the window. Employee growth plans are a complete joke and never work, the finance team cuts corners in order to have a longer runway, and compensation is hard to negotiate. Not to mention the whole office is a frat house. If you're looking for job security, an opportunity to grow, and an adult job, this is not the place. You'll be used for your expertise to internally teach other co-workers and grow their products until they no longer need you. If management didn't screw everything up, it would be a fun place to work. This company won't last very long and will probably be sold in the near future.
