      Pros

      I began as an intern and later became full time. I’ve had a great manager and mentor who support me, and the whole team helps me grow. The culture is very inclusive and diverse, which is important to me since English is my second language. There are good learning opportunities and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Sometimes projects move fast and deadlines can feel tight, but overall the support makes it

      Great company culture and benefits.

      Cons

      Too much hierarchy? Anything you need has to go through your manager and naturally if you don't think your manager is that great, then it can cause some uncomfortableness

      Pros

      I am able to be my best self in the environment I work in. I am encouraged to ask questions and come up with solutions to problems - often the identification of a problem doesn't have a clearly prescribed solution - My leadership allows me to be proactive and come up with more ideal solutions than 'just what works'.

      Cons

      This is a large company, and mileage may vary. Bringing your best self should be a requirement for all positions in all companies.
