Pros

-good salary -modest benefits -good resources for training -great management, good people in account management

Cons

-if you don't know the right person to go to things can take more time to resolve -there is a system in place and it works but account managers end up being where the buck stops (accounts-payable, renewals, illegal license usage, etc....) -not much time and ability to upsell, too much time on maintenance of accounts.

Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

Cons

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Pros

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
