GlobalData interview questions

Start with first discussion with the TA, and soon arranged for first round of interview with the New Bussiness director and VP. The questions were somewhat tricky to ppl that are not from the consulting or pharma background, I think they have specific targeted talent thought out. They do want to see candidate from other professions but the director seems to be disliking candidates from other background

Very time consuming and lengthy and at the end they dont have the budget for the role then why waste time of the candidate, should have rejected in the first round itself
