      1. Good initial knowledge build up. 2. You have chance to do mistakes and correct them and learn. 3. Comparatively young age group people. 4. Proper communication from the management. 5. Early responsibilities and fast paced growth 6. Client exposure

      Cons

      1. Lack of training programs. 2. Lack of facilities provided by the company. 3. All those points related to a company being a cost center. 4. Low salary packages.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
