Pros
The business is very fast moving sales lead organisation. As a business we are going through a major growth stage having been through a number of mergers and acquisitions in the recent past. The structure is very flat, so expect high exposure to many areas across the business. This is a very hands on environment, if you are looking for a new challenge, there is nowhere better!
Cons
If you can get past the lack of resources and are prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in this is a great company. There are limited benefits, but I get the impression these are all areas the business will focus on as it continues to expand. I have been with the business 4 months and the culture is developing daily. There is still some where to do here is we want a cohesive environment, but the hardest times are definitely behind us, this business is growing to bigger and better things.
