      Pros

      Safety is a Core Value, the cardinal rules are followed and the production is stopped if need to preserve the employee integrity. Job security, values employee participation, openness. Good program to encourage employees participation.

      Cons

      Recent changes on bonus, opportunity for promotion and relocation don't compensate changes and challenges.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
