      This position was 12 hour days, 3 or 4 days a week, but if you're okay with 12 hour days the long weekend can be nice

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
