Pros of working for Georgetown University: great benefits, flexible schedule, nice people, free classes through TAP, nice neighborhood, lot of research.
Cons
The cons of working at Georgetown University are probably same for all university in DC area: lower salaries comparing to industry, not too much opportunities of growing since the senior positions are already filled and peoples prefer to retire from here.
