Pros
Generac in in a period of growth and the next steps look incredibly bright and so possible career growth is certainly present. The people you work with are incredible and everyone is pulling for the same goals which makes the comrade in the job great. The products you’re supporting and developing are interesting and fulfilling.
Cons
Because of the phase Generac is in with taking the next steps to develop the company, the processes aren’t in a robust state which can make execution difficult. Also overall direction on goals and objectives for supporting the business is sometimes unclear from a project standpoint.
