      Pros

      Depending on where you work, the culture of Geek Squad can be so fun and fulfilling to get involved in.

      Cons

      Best Buy is slowly but surely removing everything good about Geek Squad. This was the second year in a row where hundreds of agents were laid off, agents are no longer specialized as they once were, and these worrying trends go all the way up.

      Pros

      Great people, amazing boss, flexible hours. Learned a lot about hardware and software troubleshooting and am always entertained repairing iPhone hardware.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment that may overwhelm new hires. In this role you are an anchor for the Consultation Agents so dealing with their problems on top of your own repairs can get a bit troublesome at times.
