Friendly work environment, good pay

Cons

Geek Squad is overall a terrible system. Working as customer service was sometimes difficult because we had to defend company policies that didn't even make sense or help the customer in any way.

Pros

Great people, amazing boss, flexible hours. Learned a lot about hardware and software troubleshooting and am always entertained repairing iPhone hardware.

Cons

Fast paced environment that may overwhelm new hires. In this role you are an anchor for the Consultation Agents so dealing with their problems on top of your own repairs can get a bit troublesome at times.

It's an okay environment to work in. I wish there were more benefits for part-time, though. And a pay, if it was higher, would be great.

Cons

A lot of hot-headed customers come in.
